About the Stumbling Goat Bistro

        Our intention is to support our local farmers, ranchers and independent producers, while creating really wonderful food. We use organic and sustainable products whenever possible and support our local farmer's markets every week. You may find several combinations of seasonal produce on our plates, but you will rarely find produce that is not locally, or at least, regionally grown. As we "think global, buy local", we hope to help invigorate our small and independent business community and create an even stronger economy, which can flourish even in the most challenging of times.

Please welcome Phil Halbgewachs as our new Executive Chef.  Prior to his residence here he could be seen in the kitchen of Mistral (Seattle and Bangkok) as well as Marjorie.  Phil has been working behind the scenes in the the Stumbling Goat kitchen for the past year plus as our amazingly calm sous-chef.  We are extremely fortunate to have his continued commitment to our local and sustainable kitchen as he takes us into our ninth year of business.  If you see him at the Farmers Market don't hesitate to say 'hello'.
