Bundt cakes, you guys. Is there anything better?
I mean, really. They have this incredible power to be both stunningly beautiful and ridiculously easy at the same time. It’s like pre-decorated magic!
I’ve been in the kitchen, baking up a storm, and I’ve found the ones that are total showstoppers.
1. Easy Homemade Funfetti Bundt Cake
Source: Averiecooks.com
I made this for my niece’s birthday, and I’m not kidding, she went absolutely wild for it! It’s just so simple, but you can’t help but smile when you see how adorable it is.
The trick is to keep those sprinkles from bleeding their color into the batter. You have to add them at the very end, just before you pop it in the oven to bake.
Don’t let them sit around in the batter, and definitely don’t stir them too much. It’s that easy.
2. Texas Sheet Cake Bundt Cake
Source: Practicallyhomemade.comMy absolute favorite part of this whole recipe is the frosting.
It might look a little messy when you first pour it on, but it transforms into a decadent cake that’s just bursting with flavor.
The way that frosting just pools all around the cake is a delicious mess that makes the entire thing so completely irresistible.
3. Key Lime Bundt Cake
Source: Life-in-the-lofthouse.comI am much more of a lime fan than a lemon one, and Key lime pie is truly one of my favorite desserts of all time.
This cake is perfectly moist inside, and that amazing lime glaze just takes the whole thing over the top. It’s the perfect treat for a summer potluck.
This beautiful, light cake is just bursting with lime flavor. And it looks so pretty when you sprinkle on a little zest and some toasted coconut.
4. Sticky Toffee Bundt Cake
Source: seasonsandsuppers.ca
If you’ve never had sticky toffee pudding, you need to stop what you are doing right now and get into that kitchen.
For the most authentic experience, you just have to make some real British custard to go with it!
The cake itself is packed with so much flavor, loaded up with pitted and mashed dates.
Plus, that sauce is to die for. I always like to add a splash of bourbon or rum to mine with a big pinch of sea salt.
5. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake
Source: Lovefromtheoven.com
I just had to kick things off with a real stunner, and wow, this bundt cake recipe absolutely delivers!
Using chocolate pudding in the batter is a secret weapon that guarantees an incredibly moist sponge. And there’s a surprise layer of peanut butter filling baked right into the middle of the cake!
If that wasn’t enough, it gets a drizzle of both chocolate and peanut butter glaze. This is not some delicate little slice of cake, you guys.
6. Cherry Almond Bundt Cake
Source: Thenovicechefblog.com
You can’t deny that this is one gorgeous cake. Instead of using food coloring, it gets that lovely pink color right from cherry juice.
You’ll find bright pops of cherry all through this pound cake, and a beautiful pink glaze that just sends the cuteness factor into overdrive.
This one makes a truly fantastic coffee cake for breakfast.
7. Coconut Cream Bundt Cake
Source: Insidebrucrewlife.com
While this cake doesn’t technically need frosting, once you try this one, you’re going to want it smothered over the entire thing!
That frosting packs a double punch of coconut and rum flavors that are just out of this world.
This delicious cake is always on the menu whenever I’m hosting a brunch!
8. Perfect Lemon Ricotta Bundt Cake
Source: Delscookingtwist.comSome people just aren’t fans of that little bit of tang you get from sour cream.
Even though it’s super subtle, it can be a turn-off if you really don’t like it.
This cake is for those people! Using ricotta adds just as much moisture to your cake, but it won’t give it any tangy notes.
9. Homemade Strawberry Bundt Cake Recipe
Source: Alattefood.comYou don’t find homemade strawberry cakes very often.
They are usually made from a box mix, which is totally fine, but I have such a weakness for one made from scratch.
To get that incredible flavor, this recipe uses a strawberry sauce, which also gives the cake such a beautiful color.
And if that isn’t enough strawberry goodness for you, it gets a vibrant glaze on top, too!
10. Cheesecake Swirl Carrot Bundt Cake
Source: Sallysbakingaddiction.comI’ve always had great luck with my bundt cakes, unless I completely forget about them in the oven.
They always turn out incredibly tender and full of flavor, and a lot of them don’t even need any frosting or glaze!
But if you know anything about me, you’ll know my love for cheesecake is deep.
If you really want to send this carrot cake into another dimension, try soaking the raisins in a little Cointreau.
11. Tiramisu Bundt Cake
Source: practicallyhomemade.comMaking a classic tiramisu from scratch is a whole entire process. But with this bundt cake recipe, you get every bit of the flavor with none of the fuss.
This cake is so wonderfully moist, just like a good tiramisu should be, because it gets a good soak in coffee.
Even better, the mascarpone cheese icing is unbelievably smooth and rich.
12. Banana Bundt Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze
Source: Celebratingsweets.com
I have a major weak spot for bananas, and I have to actively limit how often I make banana bread or cake.
I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner, and dessert!
And this bundt cake recipe is especially tough to say no to because of that incredible brown sugar glaze.
It tastes like caramel and pralines, and it’s the absolute best way to elevate that sweet banana flavor.
13. Red Velvet Bundt Cake
Source: Tastesbetterfromscratch.comYes, you can even take decadent red velvet cake and turn it into a totally scrumptious bundt cake!
It’s just so unbelievably moist, with that sinfully red center. The cake itself is hard to say no to, but we’re not finished.
That cream cheese icing makes this decadent dessert pretty tough to pass up.
14. Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
Source: Frostingandfettuccine.comIf you’ve got a chocolate craving, you absolutely need this recipe in your life.
While some bundt cakes are super dense and fudgy, this recipe goes in the total opposite direction.
It’s so light and fluffy, with rich chocolate flavors that are highlighted by a touch of vanilla.
And that chocolate glaze? It takes it to a whole new level.
15. Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake
Source: Livewellbakeoften.comThere is no combination better than lemon and blueberries! It is a delicate and sweet dessert that just screams summer BBQ.
This bundt cake has tart blueberries bursting in every single bite. It’s so incredibly moist, kind of like the best part of a blueberry muffin.
That little hint of lemon keeps the dessert perfectly bright. And the lemon glaze just pushes it over the top.
16. Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Source: Mybakingaddiction.comNeed something a little different for the holidays? This pumpkin bundt cake totally gives pumpkin pie a run for its money.
Because of the pumpkin in this cake (make sure it’s puree, not pie filling!), you won’t even need any sour cream or buttermilk.
You can definitely play with the spices if you aren’t a fan of pumpkin pie spice, but I think it’s pretty amazing in the glaze.
