We’re bringing you a glass of sunshine for your party!

This drink is for everybody, but especially those of us who have been living in the hideous splotchy grey of winter’s end because it’s like, “Oh heeeeey! Remember color?! Look how beautiful and bright and warm! I am a gorgeous festive drink for your eyes!”.

The bright inexplicable red of the tart cranberry. The deep green of the rosemary sprig calling us towards Christmas. It’s delicious.

1. Holiday Elderflower Prosecco Cocktail

Have you tried elderflower? If not, you are seriously missing out, and I am here to fix that right now. It’s this incredibly delicate, fruity, and floral thing… kind of like pears and lychees had a baby.

This drink is beautifully simple, and I’ve got to tell you, it’s pretty strong. But what I love, love, love is that it just lets that amazing elderflower flavor be the star.

Ingredients: vodka, St Germain elderflower liquor, Prosecco

2. Orange Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

Just look at the color on this one! This drink is sweet, it’s sour, and it is seriously delicious. And the bubbles! Okay, I might be getting carried away, but it feels like it could outshine the Christmas lights.

Those amazing orange and pomegranate flavors just pop in your mouth. It’s like a holiday dream.

Ingredients: Cointreau, orange juice, pomegranate juice, Prosecco or Champagne, orange slices, pomegranate seeds & fresh rosemary (for garnish)

3. Jingle and Mingle Prosecco Cranberry Christmas Cocktail

This cocktail is just… wow. It’s so vibrant and absolutely stunning. And the taste? YUM. It’s bright red, and I love the little sugared cranberries on top.

Every single sip is this perfect combo of tart and sweet, with this amazing herbaceous note. This is 100% what you need to bring some life to that sleepy office holiday party. Or any party, let’s be real.

Ingredients: silver tequila, rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice, Prosecco or Champagne, rosemary sprig & pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

4. Poinsettia

This drink is just as gorgeous as the flower it’s named after! And those orange and cranberry flavors? It just tastes exactly like the holidays should.

I was trying to think of how to describe it, and this is where I landed: if sequins were edible, I’m pretty sure they’d taste just like this sparkly, fruity cocktail.

Ingredients: Prosecco, Cointreau, cranberry juice, orange slices & fresh cranberries (for garnish)

5. Winter Citrus Bellini

So, classic bellinis (from Venice!) are all about Prosecco and peach puree. They are a total summer mood. But, as you know, finding good peaches in winter is… not happening. So, let’s swap in some winter citrus!

We’re talking orange, obviously, but also grapefruit for a little extra zing. It’s this amazing sweet and lip-puckeringly tart flavor all at once. This will definitely wake you up!

Ingredients: Prosecco, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemonade, orange wheel & rosemary sprig (for garnish)

6. Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail

Is there any flavor that screams “holidays” more than cranberry? It is my absolute go-to for holiday drinks and desserts. (You might see it a few times on this list. I’m obsessed.)

I mean, I love cranberry all year, but it’s just extra fabulous in the winter. I think that tart sweetness just cuts through the dreary cold and adds some brightness. And when you add Prosecco? It makes it feel even lighter.

Ingredients: Prosecco, Grand Marnier, sweetened cranberry juice, lime wedge & fresh cranberries (for garnish)

7. Blood Orange Prosecco Punch

This punch is such a statement maker. It’s honestly like a sunset in a glass. That bright, reddish-orange color just gets you, and the fresh citrus flavor is everything.

Think of it as a next-level mimosa because it uses fresh blood orange juice. That makes it a little sweeter, more floral, and just gently tart.

There’s some orange liqueur in there to boost that orange flavor (and the fun, let’s be honest), and a little simple syrup to make sure it’s all perfectly balanced.

Ingredients: blood orange juice, Prosecco, simple syrup, Grand Marnier

8. Cranberry Orange Prosecco Cocktail with Rosemary

Okay, can we talk about this one? It’s basically the love child of a mimosa and sangria. And let me tell you: it is fresh, sweet, and just so tasty.

It is also SO EASY. You just mix it all up in a pitcher and serve it over ice with a fresh sprig of rosemary. You get this super subtle, woodsy vibe with every sip. GAH. So good.

Ingredients: cranberry juice, orange juice, Grand Marnier, Prosecco, fresh cranberries, orange wheels & rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

9. Pomegranate Prosecco Punch

A little Greek mythology for you: pomegranates are super powerful, symbolizing both life and death. Plus, they’re what Hades used to trick Persephone.

So, if they are yummy enough to tempt an actual goddess, what chance do we have? Let’s just agree that this pomegranate Prosecco punch is sinfully delicious. Your party guests are going to absolutely love it.

Ingredients: pomegranate juice, orange juice, Cointreau, Prosecco, orange slices, pomegranate seeds & mint sprigs (for garnish)

10. Fresh Cranberry Prosecco Mimosa

My favorite way to celebrate on Christmas morning? A giant family brunch. I’m talking all the good stuff: cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, a whole yogurt bar, and, yes, mimasas.

Nothing brings the family together like amazing food and great drinks. And these fresh cranberry Prosecco mimosas are just… perfect. You can even make a non-alcoholic version for the kids!

Just swap the Prosecco for some lemon-lime soda. Easy!

Ingredients: orange juice, cranberry juice, Prosecco, fresh cranberries (for garnish)
