The air is crisp, the leaves are turning, and it’s time for festive drinks!
I’ve gathered 15 of my favorite fall gin cocktail recipes for you. These drinks will make any autumn day feel more special, from spiced to sweet to fruity.
1. Spiced Pear Gin Cocktail
If sweet and fruity drinks are your thing, this spiced pear gin cocktail is sure to please! The gentle flavor of pears goes perfectly with fall spices.
If you can’t find a spiced pear liqueur, it’s easy to make your own using pears, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, vodka, and simple syrup. Garnish this fabulous drink with a pear slice and thyme sprig to give it a hint of herbal fragrance.
2. Blackberry Cocktail
Here’s another gorgeous blackberry cocktail I know you’ll love! It has an elegant, fruity taste, and that deep dark color is picture-perfect.
This simple, sweet cocktail is made with blackberries, gin, and Prosecco, so it’s similar to the French 75. It’s much sweeter, though, because it doesn’t have any lemon juice and it uses Prosecco instead of Champagne. This recipe also uses fresh berries muddled in the glass, along with simple syrup.
3. Creamy Earl Grey Cocktail
Tea aficionados, this cocktail is for you!
Earl Grey tea is citrusy and floral, so it blends perfectly with botanical gin! For this one-of-a-kind drink, you’ll mix Earl Grey simple syrup with gin, lemon juice, and egg whites. Once it’s foamy, put the ice in and shake for a second time.
Could it be any easier?
4. Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Sparkler
I can’t get enough of pomegranate in the fall. This pomegranate cocktail is sweet, rich with fruit flavor, and looks amazing for your Insta followers.
Pomegranate tastes even better with the right kind of gin. For example, Esmé gin features orange and pomegranate notes, making it the best option for this drink!
You’ll love this easy pomegranate gin fizz.
5. Blackberry French 75
Want to feel fancy? Make this wonderful French 75 cocktail.
It’s both citrusy and refreshing, with bubbly gin flavors and lots of fruity goodness.
It uses the classic gin, Champagne, and lemon juice combination. But there’s also blackberry simple syrup to give it color and taste. And while that violet color may seem better suited to spring or summer, the intense blackberries are delightfully strong.
6. Fall Gin & Tonic
What could be better than a G&T?How about taking that classic gin and tonic to another level with some fun additions?
Cinnamon and cardamom give so much warmth to this usually cool and refreshing drink. But don’t worry, this version is still super fresh and absolutely delicious.
If you have time, you should try the spiced fall gin too!
7. The “Autumn Twilight” Grape & Rosemary Cocktail
Looking for cocktails that’ll impress at your next party? Here it is!
The Autumn Twilight is a grape and rosemary cocktail with the most gorgeous red color.
Want even more rosemary taste? Let the minced rosemary sit in the simple syrup for 60 minutes before mixing it into your drink. You’ll love the herbal taste.
8. Fig & Thyme Gin Cocktail
If grapefruit is too tart, perhaps you’d prefer this fig, thyme, and gin cocktail instead?
This take on a classic G&T is fruity, sweet, and features a lovely herbal finish, thanks to the thyme. Have one sip, and you’ll be hooked.
9. Grapefruit & Thyme Gin Fizz
This grapefruit and thyme gin fizz will look pretty in pink, stealing the show at your next holiday party!
Gin fizzes seem hard to make, but they’re actually effortless. The hardest part is the thyme-infused simple syrup, but all that means is simmering water, sugar, and thyme until it thickens up.
Before serving, add fresh herbs and grapefruit wedges, and you’ll be turning heads at all your fall festivities!
10. Vanilla Fig Gin Cocktail
Get cozy this fall with one of these vanilla, fig, and gin cocktails. They’re just what you need for kicking back and relaxing at the end of an autumn day.
This lovely blend of sweet, fruity figs and vanilla extract is a dream come true. Give these drinks an extra-special look by putting a little honey on the rim of the glass and dipping it in brown sugar.
Yum!
11. Blood Orange Elderflower Gin Cocktail
Blood orange is my favorite kind of citrus for fall because of its gorgeous, deep orange color. It also tastes as good as it looks!
Contrasting the frequently tart flavors of gin, St. Germain is both floral and sweet. In comparison, the blood orange is bold and invigorating.
Put it in a highball glass with a splash of ginger ale (or ginger beer) for fizz, and enjoy it with some friends!
12. Pumpkin Spiced Gin Cocktail
You can’t have a list of autumn drinks without pumpkin spice! You may find yourself turning to this pumpkin spice gin cocktail again and again.
Sweet, sour, and wonderfully boozy, this cocktail is made with gin, orange Curaçao liqueur, and Pumpkin Reàl Pumpkin Puree Infused Syrup. Mix them well so every sip is perfect.
13. Fall Gin Sangria
Featuring my new favorite Empress Gin 1908, this fall sangria also includes brandy, white wine, pomegranate juice, black tea, and cinnamon syrup.
Therefore, it’s nothing like your typical fruity punch! Rather, it’s strong, boozy, and filled with earthy and warm flavors.
Are you curious about Empress Gin? It’s made in Victoria, British Columbia, it features a gorgeous blue color, and it has a delicate flavor I’m sure you’ll love.
14. Gin Apple Pie Cocktail
For a liquid dessert, you can’t beat this fall gin apple pie cocktail. Requiring just a few ingredients, including spiced gin and cinnamon simple syrup, it’s ready to go in no time.
Cinnamon simple syrup adds wonderful depth to each sip of this drink, while balancing the piney gin perfectly. It really tastes like apple pie, but you won’t have to bake one!
